Hello Ms. Morley,

I would like to congratulate you on your election to Toronto City Council last October 24^th. I was pleased to vote for you because the Etobicoke-Lakeshore neighbourhood was in great need of a new person to defend the interests of our community.

I read the documentation on the real estate development project put forward by the owners of the buildings located at 220, 230 and 240 Lake Promenade and 21 and 31 Park Boulevard. I am not surprised that those owners did not consult with the Long Branch residents before submitting their project to the city. This project does not represent our interests. It represents only the financial interests of the Lake Promenade Co-Tenancy .

For the betterment of the local population, I urge you to reject this project.
