Master of Arts in Political Science (McMaster University, Hamilton), and Certified Accredited Mediator (University of Windsor Faculty of Law), Thomas Giglione is a Court Appointed Mediator for the Ministry of the Attorney General of Ontario and the founder of We Agree Mediators. Residing in South Etobicoke with his wife and three sons, he is deeply involved in his community.

In addition to his professional role, he serves as Co-Chair of the James S. Bell School Council and is an active member of the Long Branch Neighbourhood Association. Currently, he is a participant in the Ontario Land Tribunal, addressing the future of residential apartment buildings where his family and him live.
