Subject: Proposed Real Estate Development on Lake Promenade

Hi Councillor Morely,

My wife and I live at 193 Lake Promenade in your ward.  We understand the project proposed for the site at 220/230/240 Lake Promenade and 21/31 Park Boulevard is seeking to build much taller residential towers than currently inhabit that site.  We are daunted by the thought of the ensuing increase in congestion, traffic and otherwise.

We chose to build our home in this lovely neighbourhood back in 2006 because it was a quiet neighbourhood with little traffic.

We will be incredibly disappointed in our municipal government if you/they allow this project to go forward with any more than the existing number of living units.
