A native of Ontario, Ms. Kimberly Arial moved to Alberta to establish her legal practice. Ms. Arial practices exclusively in criminal law. Having attended the Faculty of Law of the University of Ottawa, she was employed as a caseworker and division leader in the Criminal Division of the Univeristy of Ottawa Community Legal Clinic. Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Arial articled with a reputable criminal law firm in Ottawa, where she acquired experience in a variety of areas of criminal law.
Ms. Arial is a member of the Alberta Law Society, the Calgary Criminal Defence Lawyers Association, the Canadian Bar Association – Criminal Justice Section, and the Association des juristes d'expression française de l'Alberta.
