Siewe, Jean-Pascal
[Français]
Jean-Pascal Siewe graduated law school in London, England. Upon his graduation from law school, Jean-Pascal moved to Calgary where he completed his NCA challenge exams. After articling at a small firm in Calgary, he was called to the Bar in August of 2012. He worked on his own until he joined McLean Legal in 2014, where he enjoys a collegial atmosphere.
His practice includes the areas of family law, real estate, wills and estates, immigration and corporate/commercial law. He has appeared in Provincial Court and the Court of Queen's Bench where he successfully represented clients in various matters. He has also appeared successfully at immigration and professional tribunal hearings.
Every family law case is unique. At times, the best way to proceed is to negotiate with the other side – at least to start. This often leads to cheaper and less stressful results for clients. However, where matters cannot be resolved through negotiations, Jean-Pascal Siewe resorts to Court action.
Jean-Pascal is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and Law Society of Alberta.
