You can download below the Report to Parliament pertaining to the issue of the on-line posting of federal court decisions in only one official language. In this report, the Commissioner of Official Languages explains why the continued ambiguity surrounding the application of provisions contained in the Official Languages Act undermines access to justice in both official languages. He recommends for this reason that a bill be introduced to clarify the language obligations of federal courts in this regard.
