Corpart, Gilles

Born in Cannes (France), Gilles Corpart graduated from the Grenoble Hotel School and worked all his life long in the hospitality industry. He held positions in Paris, Germany, Great Britain, Iran and on cruise ships. He moved to Canada in 1983 and was the operator of several restaurants in Montreal, including the famous "Ile de France". He later moved to Toronto and was managing the landmark "Old Mill Inn and Spa" for several years. He arrived in Calgary in 2007 to take over the management of the "Five Calgary Downtown Suites".
