The Premier of Alberta, Ed Stelmach, speaks English and Ukrainian but, thanks to a well inspired cartoonist, he can also proclaim in the following languages the right to use English or French before the Courts of Alberta: Chinese, German, Hungarian,
Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish.
