Eric Dionne is a partner at RZCD Law Firm LLP, a firm of 20 lawyers having offices in Mississauga, Kingston and Whitby. He is the managing partner of the Mississauga offices, where there are 19 lawyers. His main areas of specialization are Corporate/Commercial and Real Estate law.
In the area of Corporate/Commercial law, his practice includes the purchase and sale of businesses, shareholders agreements, financing matters, commercial agreements and most legal issues affecting day-to-day business activity. In the area of Real Estate law, his practice includes syndicated and residential real estate, with a primary focus on industrial, commercial and investment real estate.
Eric attended the University of Windsor and received his B. Comm. in 1981 and M.B.A. in 1986. Eric continued his education at the University of Ottawa and graduated with his LL.B. in 1985.
Eric’s memberships include: The Law Society of Upper Canada; Canadian Bar Association, Association des juristes d’expression française de l’Ontario, Registered Trade-Mark Agent.
