François-Olivier Dorais is a Master's student in History at the University of Ottawa. He is currently preparing a thesis project on the activist and intellectual work of historian Gaétan Gervais. His interest in Franco-Ontarian and, more broadly, Franco-Canadian issues has led to his involvement as a journalist in minority francophone settings and, more recently, as a member of the managing committee of the États généraux de la francophonie d'Ottawa.
