Ms. Bianca Kratt graduated in 2000 from the Université Laval in Quebec City with a Civil Law Degree. She articled with the firm of Pouliot L’Ecuyer in Quebec City in 2001-2002 and was admitted to the Bar of the Province of Quebec in May 2002. In August 2003, Ms. Kratt attended the University of Manitoba where she graduated in April 2004 with a Common Law Degree. She articled with the firm of Warren Tettensor Amantea LLP in 2004-2005 and was admitted to the Bar of the Province of Alberta in May 2005. Ms. Kratt joined that firm as an associate in May 2005. In 2015, Ms. Kratt joined the firm of Parlee McLaws Llp.
Ms. Kratt’s practice is primarily in the residential and commercial real estate area, including acquisitions and dispositions, project development and management, joint ventures, leasing and financing. Ms. Kratt also practices in the area of corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on tax effective transactions and tax litigation. Ms. Kratt practices in both English and French.
