Justin Kingston became an associate with McCuaig Desrochers LLP in the summer of 2011, after articling with the firm. He has a general practice with a focus on corporate and commercial, will and estate planning, estate administration and personal injury. He has a strong interest in constitutional minority language issues within Canada.
He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Edmonton Bar Association, and the Canadian Bar Association's Civil Litigation, Business Law, and Junior Lawyers sections. He currently serves as an executive member of the CBA Junior Lawyer Section.
Justin is fluent in both English and French. He is part of the French-speaking Members of the CBA, and member and director of the Association des juristes d'expression francaise de l'Alberta (AJEFA).
Admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in 2011, he holds a B.A. (University of Alberta) and a LL.B. (University of Ottawa).
