Pascale Giguère is currently Senior Counsel at the Legal Affairs Branch at the Office of the Commissioner of Official Languages of Canada. She joined the public service in 2003 after a legal career in civil litigation in the private sector in Ottawa.
In the course of her specialized practice of law in the field of language rights, Ms Giguère has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as all levels of Courts at the Federal Court and in the province of Ontario and the Northwest Territories.
